I love the streamlined, no-fuss shoes of 2012.  So many sleek, yet sexy options out there.  However, I'm still not ready to give up wedges! In my opinion, sexy, and quite comfortable!

  This spring/summer also calls for a bright clutch and a neutral sleek shoulder bag that can be used everyday.

I wasn't too thrilled with Celine's summer 2012 collection of bags and shoes, so the spring collections will just have to do.

Zara black platform sandal 

I bought the basic sandals in both the black as well as the beige/orange/black.  I couldn't resist such a sexy sandal at an amazing price. At $59.00, there is no incentive to choose! I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for the white wedges. The platform sandals are an amazing staple that should be in any woman's closet. I have a similar pair already (see here), but who knows! I can always be swayed when it comes to shoes!

My top pick for this season!

These Prada suede sandals need to be in my wardrobe immediately... in fact, I think I will head to Holt's and Prada this week in hopes of finding these babies and making them mine!

Their versatility is never ending!! I took note from model and fashion icon Alexa Chung:

In colder weather, pair them with stockings and weather appropraite outfit. 

Pair them with shorts or a dress and you're good to go for the summer!

I was going to buy a pair of either of these gorgeous shoes for my trip to St. Maarten.  But since I cancelled it,  I also cancelled my thoughts of purchasing them... which is fine since it saves me time debating if I like the Jeffrey Campbell version better or the original Jessica Simpson version.

I think I prefer the JC's because they are a bit lower and although the shapes are very similar, I like the JC shape best.  Also, the colour of the Jessica Simpson wood platforms are much darker giving the shoe more of a formal feel than the ones by JC.  But alas the Jessica Simpson's, originally $98.00 and now on sale for $69.99 are a lot less expensive than the JC's going for $145.00.

The most amazing bag from my amazing boyfriend

Present to myself! I ordered these bad boys online and they arrived Christmas Eve morning

I also got a ton of Smashbox makeup from my Aunt *Must learn how to apply makeup*
And an Aqua Di Parma cologne in Mirto di Panerea from my bf *Probably so I would stop stealing his :)*

I think it's better to receive one really amazing gift that you'll use forever than a bunch you'll grow out of by next Xmas.

It's Snowing !!

With all the snow that's falling outside, the Spring/Summer 2011 collection by Erdem really brightens my day! I would love to wear any one of these looks. Enjoy!

Mimosa boots: on sale for $278.40 (I paid $348.00 :( since I bought them in August... oo well)

Zara sheepskin jacket: $399, expensive but amazing if you have some extra shopping dough

J Brand Agnes coated denim: Around $300 CDN (if you can, grab a pair of these in the States, selling only for $260 there!!) They fit like a glove and are my new favourites... anddd they look GREAT with my Mimosa boots!

I love shoes.  Right now, the two pumps I would love to add to my closet:

Giuseppe Zanotti sparkly pump

Unfortunately I couldn't walk in the Giuseppe Zanotti pumps, otherwise they would be in my closet. They are really expensive but totally amazing and so chic! As for the YSL pumps, as much as I rather spend a lot of money on something classic that i'll get use out of (to somewhat justify spending a ton of money)... they aren't as exciting as GLITTER.

On the topic of shoes and glitter, I also love these Giuseppe Zanotti booties

And, while we're still on the topic of shoes.... Chanel Spring 2011 shoes were such a major disappointment:

Chanel is always a leader with any nail polish colour trend and with this season's influx of everything neutral and earth-tones, the Les Kahkis de Chanel nail (no pun intended) it again!

I just painted my nails this "Mouse" colour by American Apparel, a nice taupey, greyish, brownish colour! 

I miss this girl (and her clothes) !!!
